The Nelson Mandela Foundation is hosting a run on Saturday, July 20 in South Africa, and Marylanders can use this rise and run to show support as allies. Breakfast and beverages will be provided to runners by the Sister States of Maryland. Additionally, we encourage runners to visit the "Marylanders Cry Freedom" exhibit at Baltimore City Hall, which highlights the significant roles Marylanders have played in the global fight for civil rights.
